  1. 01.

Are you accepting new patients at Clinique Dentaire et d'Implantologie de Magog?

Yes. The clinic welcomes new patients from Magog, Orford, Sherbrooke, and across the Eastern Townships. To book, call 819-847-1661 or reserve online via doctr.ca. Care is fully bilingual — French or English, your choice.

  2. 02.

Do you offer care in both French and English?

Yes — fully bilingual practice. Consultations, informed consent, clinical explanations, and follow-ups are conducted in the language you choose — with no patchwork or approximate translation. You are received and treated in the language you actually think in.

  3. 03.

    What is CEREC dentistry?

CEREC is a CAD/CAM (computer-aided design and manufacturing) technology that allows ceramic crowns, inlays, and onlays to be designed and milled in a single visit. Optical digital scan, on-screen design, in-clinic milling — no traditional impressions or external lab needed.

  4. 04.

Do you offer dental Botox (neuromodulators)?

Yes — neuromodulators for therapeutic use (bruxism, temporomandibular joint disorders, masseter hypertrophy) and aesthetic applications. PTIFA-certified (Pacific Training Institute for Facial Aesthetics, 2026). Comprehensive evaluation precedes every treatment.

  5. 05.

How much does a CEREC crown or cosmetic treatment cost?

Fees vary by case complexity and follow the ACDQ (Quebec dental association) fee guide. A transparent written estimate is provided before any treatment begins. You will never be surprised by the bill — cost transparency before any instrument is one of my four practice commitments.

  6. 06.

Which dental insurance plans do you accept?

The clinic processes the majority of Quebec private and group insurance plans (Sun Life, Manulife, Blue Cross, Desjardins, Industrial Alliance, SSQ, and others). Direct billing to the insurer is available when the plan allows.

  7. 07.

Where is the clinic located, and is there parking?

22 rue Laurier, in Magog, Eastern Townships. Free on-site parking. Easy access from Highway 10. The clinic is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

  8. 08.

What are your clinical qualifications and certifications?

DMD (University of Montreal), NDEB and JCNDE 2022, ABDE 2025, periodontology mini-residency at Institut dentaire International (Montreal), endodontics mini-residency (North Shore Endodontics, Vancouver, 2024), advanced 3D CBCT imaging (UdeM), digital dentistry mini-residency at Glidewell Labs (Irvine, 2025), PTIFA neuromodulator certification 2026. Member of the Ordre des dentistes du Québec and the ACDQ.

  9. 09.

What should I do in a dental emergency?

Call 819-847-1661 as soon as possible. Daily emergency slots are reserved for acute pain, trauma, and fractures. Outside business hours, follow the voicemail instructions or consult a walk-in clinic.

  10. 10.

    What is your clinical philosophy?

Four commitments guide my practice. (1) Cost transparency before any instrument. (2) Listening to the patient before the treatment plan. (3) Strict respect for your schedule — CEREC in a single visit when possible. (4) Foundations first, treatment second: occlusion, periodontium, and function are read before every intervention. No tooth is treated outside its context. Longevity, function, aesthetics.
