Dr Perrault-Lévesque using a CEREC digital scanner

i — Innovation

Appropriate care, with less chair time when possible.

Optical scanning, CAD/CAM design, same-day CEREC ceramic milling. Technology used to support a clinical option adapted to your situation.

Dr Perrault-Lévesque concentrated on chairside care

ii — The attention

A consultation, not a transaction.

Every visit begins with listening. Clear diagnosis, transparent treatment plan, shared decisions — care for the detail at every step.

iii — The detail

Care is measured in what you don't see.

The contour of a restoration, the fit of an occlusion, the finish of a gingival margin. A treatment's lifespan is decided in millimeters.

I

My commitments

Five principles, before you even sit in the chair.

  • i — Transparency

    The cost before the instrument.

The goal is to clarify costs before treatment. The plan, options, and fees are discussed before care begins.

  • ii — Listening

Your story first. The plan second.

Every consultation begins with your goals, your concerns, your constraints — not our clinical agenda.

  • iii — Time

    Respect for your schedule.

Same-visit CEREC restorations when possible. No rushed appointments, no chronic delays.

  • iv — System

    Foundations first. Treatment second.

The whole system is read before each intervention — occlusion, periodontium, function. No tooth is treated outside its context. Longevity, function, aesthetics.

  • v — Bilingualism

French and English, in equal measure.

Informed consent, clinical exchanges, and follow-ups in the language you're most comfortable with — no shortcuts or abbreviations in either.

A word

"Dentistry isn't about treating a tooth or several — it's about treating the whole as a critical system for health and longevity, building something durable, functional, and aesthetic. That's exactly where I want to bring my patients."

— Dr Perrault-Lévesque

Fields of practice

  1. i.

    Cosmetic

Ceramic veneers, professional whitening, aesthetic composite restorations. Every plan starts with a digital smile design — you see a simulation of the project before we touch a tooth.

  2. ii.

    CEREC
    single visit

Ceramic restorations designed, fabricated, and placed the same day. Digital impression, on-screen design, in-office milling. No temporaries, precise fit on day one.

  3. iii.

    Neuromodulators
    dental Botox®

Therapeutic indications (bruxism, tension headaches, gummy smile, TMJ dysfunction) and cosmetic indications, when appropriate after clinical evaluation. A dental approach integrated into a complete care plan.

  4. iv.

    General dentistry

Comprehensive exams, cleanings, restorations, endodontics, periodontics, implant planning with CBCT imaging. The conservative approach — preserving the natural tooth — guides every decision.
